If you do not agree with these terms, you must refrain from using the Application and uninstall it from your device.
2. License of Use You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the Application on your mobile device strictly for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

Attempt to extract the source code (reverse engineering).
Use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights over the Application, including but not limited to the design, interfaces, code, graphics, and the Skylanterns brand, are the exclusive property of the Developer or its licensors. Regarding the database of names and meanings: Although the names themselves are in the public domain, their compilation, organization, and presentation within the app are protected by copyright.
4. Third-Party Services and Advertising The Application is free and is funded through the display of advertising. We use third-party services, such as Google AdMob, to display ads.
By using the Application, you agree that we can place these ads.
We have no control over the content of advertisements provided by third parties, nor are we responsible for the products or services offered in them.
Any interaction you have with advertisers is solely between you and the advertiser.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
